Ford is the top seller of plug-in hybrid vehicles and second in total sales of electrified vehicles in America. On December 3rd, Ford announced that iPhone users with SYNC equipped vehicles dating all the way back to the 2011 model year will get Apple Siri-Eyes-Free capability. Siri Eyes-Free allows drivers to activate Siri with a long press of the voice recognition button on the steering wheel, similar activating Siri on an iPhone. The simple, downloadable update will be available through http://owner.ford.com/. I looked today (4th) and didn’t see the update at the website yet for my 2013 Ford C-Max Energi.
